Introduction

The below websites (“Website”) are owned and managed by TWI Limited, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 03859442, a company in The Welding Institute group of companies (“Group”).  

By accessing, viewing or using Website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions (“Terms”). These Terms apply to all visitors and users of the Website, regardless of location. If you do not agree with any part of this terms, do not use Website.

These terms and conditions are issued by TWI Limited. References to TWI throughout Website may be to TWI Limited or to members of the Group and/or associated subsidiaries.

TWI will make reasonable efforts to keep the website up and running however will accept no responsibility for and will not be liable for Website being unavailable. TWI may suspend, limit, or terminate access to Website at any time, without notice, for any reason, including maintenance, technical issues, or force majeure events.

No promise is made that Website is appropriate for use in locations outside of the UK. If you choose to access the Wedsite from locations outside the UK, you acknowledge you do so at your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws where they apply

TWI reserves the right to terminate your access to Website or any account associated with you at any time, without prior notice, if we believe that you have breached these Terms, violated applicable laws, or acted in a way that is detrimental to our interests, other users, or the integrity of the website.
