TWI was represented at Ignite Space 2025 in Leicester from 5-6 February. Associate Director for Key Accounts and Sectors, Rory Lipington was joined at the conference and exhibition by Business Development Manager, Vito Di Pietro, who was in attendance in the capacity of ESA Technology Broker UK.
The event was created to showcase the space industry and help accelerate growth and collaboration across the sector, which is already worth more than £17.5 billion to the UK economy.
As well as exploring the event themselves, Vito and Rory met around 50 people at their stand, where they were able to discuss how TWI supports the space sector as well as the ESA Technology Broker UK aim to create routes for technology spin-in and spin-out between the space industry and other sectors.
It was an honour to attend Ignite Space 2025, and we would like to thank everyone we engaged with during the two-day event.
