Attendees at this year’s Farnborough International Airshow will be able to meet a team from TWI at stand number 1046 in Hall 1, to discuss coatings and non-destructive testing.
Held every two years, the Airshow brings together those from the aerospace, aviation and defence industries as well as representatives from allied organisations and industries to pioneer change, build new connections, engage with thought leaders and get access to unparalleled business development opportunities.
This year’s event is taking place from 22-26 July, where our experts will be able to explain how TWI can help you improve productivity, reduce shortages, improve repair and overhaul times, reduce manufacturing waste and recognise defects early.
In addition, our expert advice can be aligned with environmental regulations and help accelerate your manufacturing readiness as well as revealing how we help train the next generation of engineers.
Some of the topics of interest covered by our experts, TWI Consultant Melissa Riley and Expert Professional Business Development Lead Richard Lewis, include composite coatings for lightning strike protection, electromagnetic shielding, wear and erosion resistance, and thermal protection. We can also discuss hard chrome plating replacements, metamaterials, repair technologies, cold spray additive manufacturing, and more.
