We are due to hold an Adhesive Bonding Technical Workshop for designers, manufacturing staff and others who are either currently using, or plan to use, adhesives.
Adhesive bonding is being used increasingly frequently to create new products, with this course providing a foundation for new users or a refresher for those already using the technology.
The course will teach attendees about adhesive selection, adhesive systems, an introduction to design with bonded joints, dispensing adhesives, properties of cured adhesives, surface treatments, mechanical testing of bonded joints, durability and accelerated ageing, and quality control.
Attendees will gain an introduction to the basics of adhesive science and technology and an appreciation of what influences long-term service performance.
