Technology innovation management is the intersection between strategy, technology and operations. A successful project requires the development of an innovative technology, product or process together with a defined strategy to get to market. However, did you know that the ability to harness grant (also known as public) funding can be a key part of a company’s innovation strategy in leveraging technological developments?
TWI’s Technology Innovation Management (TIM) team works with TWI Innovation Network Subscribers, TWI Industrial Members and Innovation Centres, SMEs, premier universities, forward thinking organisations and TWI technical experts – to facilitate collaboration on novel concepts – turning them into competitive proposals for submission to UK and European grant funding calls, for research and development (R&D) projects.
From assistance with ideation and partner matching through to finance requirements and assessment of project viability, the TIM team is here to support innovative companies and organisations with the collaborative development of new products, systems, services and technologies that, importantly, address industrial demand.
