Trianexus and TWI GTC Combine Expertise in Asset Management

Rising, Malaysian engineering and consultancy services company Trianexus SDN BHD has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with TWI Global Technology Centre (GTC), Singapore to explore new opportunities for research and innovation in the fields of asset management and structural integrity.

Trianexus Sdn Bhd aims to be a leading provider of turnkey, value-driven solutions in asset integrity and data analytics, and supports clients from the ideation stage though to commercial product and industrial application. In addition, new-generation technologies that can underpin the global, digital transition towards achieving net zero by 2050 are also part of the mix.

TWI GTC is spearheading collaborative growth across south east Asian markets, drawing on over 75 years’ of TWI knowledge, expertise and capabilities in structural integrity, manufacturing, materials and engineering technologies, by engaging and working with local businesses towards solving common industrial challenges. With a particular focus on optimising the performance of clients’ site and plant operations, TWI GTC’s services incorporate cutting edge inspection and monitoring techniques, including the use of robotics and advanced ultrasonic applications, and innovation consultancy.

The initial priority areas for research and development (R&D) identified by the two partners are smart manufacturing, digitalisation, industry 4.0, renewable energy and net zero-driven technologies, and structural integrity.
