Strengthening Professional Development
TWI SEA continued its mission to empower professionals in the region by delivering high-quality training and development opportunities. This year saw the successful implementation of the NDT Membership Programme, providing members with access to exclusive training resources, technical expertise, and networking opportunities. This initiative reaffirmed TWI SEA’s dedication to supporting the region’s workforce and addressing industry needs with innovative solutions.
In addition to these initiatives, TWI SEA:
- Conducted AR Welding Training for staff, equipping professionals with augmented reality tools to enhance welding precision and efficiency.
- Delivered Root Cause Analysis (RCA) Training, helping teams develop skills to identify and address systemic challenges in their operations effectively.
TWI SEA also hosted a study visit for Politeknik students, offering aspiring professionals a firsthand look at the tools and technologies driving the industry forward. Such collaborations exemplify our commitment to shaping the future of engineering and inspection professionals.
Celebrating Diversity and Cultural Harmony

- Chinese New Year Celebration: Kicking off the year with festive cheer, the team embraced the spirit of unity and prosperity.
- Hari Raya Celebration: Marking the end of Ramadan, this event brought employees together to reflect on gratitude and togetherness.
- Deepavali Celebration: The festival of lights took on special significance in 2024 as the team celebrated the arrival of Mr. Lee Wang Kai, our new Regional Manager, who will lead TWI SEA to new heights in the coming years.

- Signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between ADTEC Batu Pahat, ILP Perai, and TWI Technology to foster collaborative initiatives and drive industry innovation.
- Hosting Mr. Humbert Mozzi, Chair of the TWI Council, whose visit reinforced TWI SEA’s commitment to excellence and its strategic vision for growth.
