TWI India recently organized a highly successful team-building event at the Four Points by Sheraton Mahabalipuram Resort & Convention Centre on June 22 and 23, 2024. Designed to foster collaboration, enhance communication, and strengthen team dynamics, the event provided a wonderful opportunity for staff to unwind and bond.
The two-day event commenced on June 22 with a warm welcome speech by APAC Group Regional Manager (Associate Director) Ayyala Venkateswara Rao and Country Manager Harendra Kumar. The opening speech set a positive tone for the series of collaborative and team-building activities. The first day's agenda was packed with games and activities held in the resort's Banquet Hall, all designed to reflect TWI’s core values: teamwork, taking responsibility, adaptability, innovation & expertise, customer focus, and inclusion.
The staff dressed in TWI t-shirts, eagerly participated in various activities that brought out the best of their collaborative spirit. The enthusiasm was visible as employees engaged in singing and dancing, showcasing their talents.
Employees who have worked for TWI India for five and ten years were awarded in recognition of their long-term dedication. 11 employees have been working for TWI India for ten years, while 12 have been working for five years. The evening concluded with a delightful dinner, giving everyone a chance to relax and socialize in a more informal setting.
The second day continued the spirit of fun and engagement with a morning filled with enjoyable activities. The event culminated in a heartfelt thank-you speech by both the APAC Group Regional Manager and the Country Manager. They expressed their gratitude for the participation and enthusiasm shown by all attendees, emphasizing the importance of such events in fostering a cohesive and supportive work environment.
The TWI India team-building event not only provided a platform for staff to engage in enjoyable activities but also significantly strengthened the bonds within our work family.
