At TWI India, we believe that a happy workforce is the foundation of success. As part of our commitment to employee well-being, we are proud to observe Well-Being Day from September 20th to 25th, focusing on fostering a positive and engaging work environment. This initiative is a celebration of the workplace culture we’ve built—one that values happiness, inclusivity, and growth.

  1. Supportive Culture:

    TWI prioritizes respect and inclusivity, ensuring that every employee’s voice is heard. Through regular team-building activities and Peakon surveys, we provide platforms for employees to share ideas and feedback freely. A dedicated Subsidiary Council Committee (SCC) member is available to address concerns and ensure they are raised with management, promoting an open, supportive atmosphere.
  2. Work-Life Balance:

    Understanding the importance of work-life balance, TWI offers flexible work arrangements, including remote work options and adjustable hours, enabling employees to manage their time effectively. These initiatives support both professional and personal well-being, ensuring that employees can maintain a healthy balance.
  3. Recognition and Appreciation:

    TWI believes in celebrating achievements, and we honor long-term employees with our “Long-Term Service Award.” Employees who have completed 5 or 10 years with us are recognized for their loyalty and dedication. This acknowledgment fosters a culture of appreciation and plays a vital role in employee satisfaction and retention, making sure everyone feels valued for their contributions.

    We are deeply committed to the professional development of our team. Additionally, TWI supports participation in sports activities and marathons. A recent women’s wellness session addressed mental health, hormonal changes, and overall fitness during life transitions such as perimenopause and post-menopause, providing valuable guidance on nutrition, lifestyle, and well-being.
