TWI Azerbaijan participated in the highly anticipated 12th Career Exhibition hosted by ADA University on May 2, 2024. The event, held under the theme "Bridge between talents and career paths", brought together 137 esteemed organizations to connect with aspiring talents.
The fair's opening featured speeches by ADA University's Vice Rector for External, Government and Student Affairs Dr. Fariz Ismailzade, Vice-Rector of Academic Affairs Dr. Elkin Nurmammadov, President of the ADA University Foundation Natig Hajiyev, and Human Resources Management Department Director Malahat Abdullayeva, who expressed gratitude to the institutions and companies participating in the Career Fair.
According to Dr. Ismailzade, this career exhibition is an excellent opportunity for alumni to advance their careers, noting that this year a record number of companies participated. He stated:
"This career fair is not held for the first time at ADA University, and the demand for its organization has grown too high to hold it in just one building,"
The Career Exhibition, organized by ADA University's Career Services Office, provided a platform for students and alumni to engage directly with leading companies and institutions from various sectors, including the Azerbaijani offices of the Big Four companies, ministries, PASHA Holding and its subsidiaries, as well as prominent players in banking, tourism, and international organizations.
The Career Exhibition provided ADA University students and alumni with a unique opportunity to network with potential employers, present their resumes directly, and participate in on-the-spot interviews. As part of Employability Week, five students were selected to undergo internships with participating companies, marking the culmination of a week-long engagement aimed at enhancing students' employability skills.
TWI Azerbaijan remains committed to supporting the development of future talents and looks forward to continued collaboration with ADA University and other esteemed partners in fostering career opportunities for students and alumni.
